This Christmas Eve Scene is a large set with the largest piece being 10" high.  They are done in a midnight blue with moonlight shining down and each piece is hand painted with scenes of people going to church on Christmas Eve.  These pieces are meticulously hand painted with care.  This will become a family heirloom for its beauty and size.

 

Production Techniques: Hand Painting. The time and talent the artisans invested in each of the nesting pieces are amazing! Each doll has multiple layers of non-toxic water-based lacquer to make a marvelous matryoshka doll that will delight children and collectors. On bottom of the largest doll is a stamp with “Made in Russia”, mark of quality, initialed by the artist, and dated like a true collectible.
